Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. oleo
6 c. water and 6 chicken bouillon cubes or 6 c. chicken broth
8 oz. pkg. very fine noodles
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
-
Saute onion in oleo.
Add water and bouillon cubes or broth and heat to boiling.
Add noodles and cook 3 minutes.
Add broccoli and garlic powder and cook 4 minutes.
Add milk and Velveeta cheese.
