Short Biscuits(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    100 g flour (cake)
    100 g cornstarch
    1 level tsp. baking powder
    100 g margarine
    100 g white fine sugar
    1 small egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 (150\u00b0 C).
    Grease baking sheet. Sift flour, cornstarch and baking powder together.
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add lightly beaten egg.
    Add dry ingredients, a little at a time, and mix well.
    Take teaspoonful and roll into small balls.
    Press down floured prongs of a fork.
    Flour baking sheet to prevent spreading.
    Bake approximately 15 minutes.
    When cool, sandwich together with buttercream icing.
