Peach Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 sticks margarine
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, well drained
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and 1/2 stick margarine.
Melt, stirring to combine.
Spread on bottom of round cake pan. Arrange peaches over brown sugar in concentric circles.
