Strawberry Nut Salad(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) boxes sugar-free strawberry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed (undrained)
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice, drained
    3 medium bananas, mashed
    1 c. pecan or walnut pieces
    1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; fold in strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
    Pour half the gelatin mixture into a loaf pan and refrigerate until firm, setting aside remaining gelatin at room temperature.
    When set, spread yogurt over gelatin, then pour remaining gelatin over layer of yogurt. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
