Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. grated carrots
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine as listed and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in angel food pan.
