Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium white onion, chopped
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    4 c. chicken stock
    3/4 c. heavy cream
    1 Tbsp. salt
    white pepper to taste
    2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Saute chopped onions in a small amount of olive oil.
    Add thyme and chicken stock.
    Simmer 45 minutes.
    Add cream and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Puree until smooth.
    Season with salt and white pepper.
    Garnish with onion slices.
