Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    1 small jar pimentos, drained
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup (not diluted)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. pkg. macaroni
    crushed Ritz crackers
    1 grated onion
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix cheese, pimentos, onion, butter, soup, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    (Don't fully cook macaroni.)
    Mix in macaroni and put in a greased dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until brown at 400\u00b0.
