Pork With Straw Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. center cut chops, boned and trimmed of fat in 1-inch strips
    2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1 egg white
    2 tsp. sesame seed oil
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    fresh ground black pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can straw mushrooms
    1 (15 oz.) can baby corn
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. chicken broth or bouillon
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
Preparation
    Marinate pork for 20 minutes or overnight in refrigerator using soy sauce, white wine, egg white, sesame seed oil, cornstarch and pepper.
    Thaw and hold mushrooms and corn.
