Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 or 2 yeast
Preparation
    Mix water, yeast and sugar.
    Mix dry ingredients and make up as regular biscuits or you can mix with spoon and add a little more liquid to make a sticky, stiff dough.
    Cover and refrigerate; use as desired.
    Cut out with a spoon.
    Roll out very thin and place on greased pan.
    Put butter on top of each one and bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
