Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt or 1 clove fresh garlic
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into whatever size meatballs you like. Brown in electric skillet with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Brown on all sides. Serve with your own sauce.
