Pasta With Broccoli And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bunch broccoli
    1 red pepper, sliced
    1 or 2 cloves garlic, peeled
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. olive oil, extra virgin
    7 oz. mushrooms
    1/4 c. water
    8 oz. fettucini
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute garlic, then pepper and broccoli.
    Cover, let simmer briefly.
    Add mushrooms, water and wine.
    Add butter.
    Cook and drain pasta.
    Toss with butter.
    Spoon vegetables on top.
    Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and serve.
