Ingredients

1 lb. large noodles
4 eggs, beaten
2 lb. cottage cheese (1% B.F.)
3/4 stick melted butter
1/2 to 3/4 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. sugar (more, if desired)
Preparation

Boil noodles until soft; drain.
Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon and raisins in a large bowl.
Add the noodles.
Heat glass baking dish with butter (small amount) in oven.
Remove and add mixture (9 x 13-inch or 8 x 8-inch pans). Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until set.
Serves 10.
