Cream Cheese Ham Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. cooked ham, ground very fine
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. catsup
1/4 lb. cream cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
chopped chives
salt to taste
Preparation

Blend ingredients thoroughly, except chives, and form into tiny balls.
Roll in chopped chives.
Serve speared on toothpicks. Makes about 30 balls.
