Home Stack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. molasses (more, if desired)
    1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger (more, if desired)
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    You may add extra flour to thicken if you like.
    In a greased and floured cake pan, pour a very thin layer.
    Bake until golden brown at 350\u00b0, usually about 15 minutes.
