Quick Chicken Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut in chunks
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage, cut into bite size pieces
    1 c. raw rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
    2 dashes Tabasco
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Place in large baking dish.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
