Down Home Sausage And Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell, unbaked
    3/4 lb. Hillshire Farm beef smoked sausage, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Prick bottom and sides of prepared pie crust with fork.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Remove from oven and reduce heat to 350\u00b0. Sprinkle half of sausage over partially baked crust.
    Combine remaining ingredients (except sausage) and pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with remaining sausage.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
    Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
