Twice-Baked Potatoes(Potato Boat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, baked
    2 tsp. salt (optional)
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    2 slices crisp-fried bacon, crumpled (you can add more if you like)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
Preparation
    Cut baked potatoes into halves lengthwise.
    Carefully scoop out pulp with teaspoon, keeping potato skin intact.
    Place pulp in bowl.
    Add salt and margarine; beat until smooth.
    Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
    Add green onion and bacon; mix well.
    Stir in potato pulp mixture.
    Spoon into potato skin.
    Sprinkle with cheese and you can add sour cream. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
    This can be prepared and frozen, then baked at any time for a quick meal.
