Greek Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    2 large tomatoes, cubed
    1 lb. green beans, trimmed
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large frying pan.
    Add onion and green pepper and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, green beans, garlic, salt and oregano.
    Cover; lower heat and simmer 15 minutes or until beans are tender.
    Can be served either hot or at room temperature.
    Serves 6 to 8.
