Easy Artichoke Hearts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large (16 to 20 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. bread crumbs, lightly browned in butter
Preparation

Chop artichoke hearts coarsely.
Mix mayonnaise, cheese and artichokes.
Pam spray casserole dish.
Put mixture in dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes uncovered until heated through.
Great with Triscuits crackers.
