Cheeseburger Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. washed and sliced, fresh mushrooms
    1 onion, sliced/chopped
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 Tbsp. beef bouillon granules or dry onion soup mix
    1 c. condensed tomato soup
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    1/2 c. dry macaroni
    1 c. shredded American or Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil in 10-inch skillet or Dutch oven.
    Saute mushrooms and onion, seasoning with bouillon or soup mix until cooked.
    Add hamburger and cook, stirring well to break up lumps, until meat is cooked.
    Add tomatoes and macaroni.
    Cook, simmering, for 20 minutes until pasta is cooked.
    Add cheese, stirring until melted. If mixture is too thin, add tomato soup.
