Rosemary - Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 baking potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each (or 1 lb.)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a medium bowl, toss well.
    Arrange on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
