Frozen Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh sweet corn, cut from cob
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. half and half or milk
Preparation
    Fill a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan with fresh sweet corn cut from cob.
    Melt margarine and pour it over the corn.
    Pour the half and half or milk over it and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Bag, seal and cool corn and then put in freezer.
