Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. basil leaves
    1 lb. tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    3 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1/4 c. Ricotta
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 box lasagna noodles
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese slices
Preparation
    Brown meat and pour off grease.
    Add garlic, basil, tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan, Ricotta, parsley, egg, salt and pepper.
    Cook noodles and drain.
    In bottom of 9 x 13 pan, put 1/2 noodles, 1/2 cheese mixture, Mozzarella slices, then 1/2 meat sauce.
    Repeat.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
