Liz'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. margarine
    36 oz. chocolate morsels (three 12 oz. bags)
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix the sugar and milk.
    Bring to a boil and boil 6 full minutes, stirring.
    Remove from heat and stir in margarine, chocolate, vanilla and nuts.
    Spread in large pan and let cool. Cut in squares.
    Yields approximately 5 pounds.
