Baked Halibut With Sour Cream And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. halibut fillets or steaks, cut 1-1/2 inches thick
    1/2 c. chopped green onions, including tops
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Dash of dill weed, optional
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place halibut in a well buttered baking dish.
    Combine all ingredients except cheese, and pour over the halibut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese over top and broil just long enough to brown the cheese lightly.
