Grand Executive Inn Goober Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen sweet peas
1 c. small Cheddar cheese cubes
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped red onion
1 c. mayonnaise
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. salted Spanish peanuts

Preparation

Put peas in large bowl to thaw, then add rest of ingredients. If making ahead of time, add peanuts just before serving.
