Rhubarb Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cut rhubarb
    4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. (small) strawberry jello
    drop of red food coloring
Preparation
    Start out on low heat about 3 minutes, then up on high.
    Boil together five minutes the rhubarb and sugar, while hot stir in the jello and add drop of food coloring.
    Keep in refrigerator.
