Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. apples, cooked and mashed finely
    5 1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 bag red cinnamon candy
    5 drops oil of cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Bring
    to
    boiling point.
    Stir for about 20 minutes or until thickness desired.
