Barbecue Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can biscuits
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. ketchup
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Separate dough into 10 biscuits; flatten into 5-inch circles. Grease muffin pan and press each biscuit into the bottom and sides of each muffin cup; set aside.
