Ingredients

1 1/2 c. butter or 1/2 butter and 1/2 margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar, then add beaten eggs.
Sift flour and baking powder together.
Mix well; add nuts.
Will be a stiff batter.
Chill in refrigerator for awhile or overnight.
