Ginger Zing Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oranges
    1 1/2 c. seedless green grapes
    2 c. fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
    2 bananas
    2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/3 cup orange juice
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
Preparation
    To section the orange easily, cut a slice off the top and bottom and stand on a cutting board.
    Starting at the top end, cut off peel, exposing the orange segments.
    Continue until orange is completely peeled.\tThen holding orange in your hand, cut out segments from between the membranes.
    Work over a large bowl to catch any juice.
    Add grapes and strawberries.
    Peel and slice bananas.
    Combine well with other fruit.
    Whisk marmalade with honey and juice.
    Stir in the ginger.
    Combine dressing with fruit and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
    Serve cold or at room temperature.
