Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 small box Jell-O (I prefer orange)
    1/8 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    small box cottage cheese
    1 c. Cool Whip
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients until marshmallows dissolve.
    Place in refrigerator to thicken.
    Remove and whip with mixer.
    Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Return to refrigerator until firm.
