Snickerdoodle Snack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. sugar mixed with 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. oleo
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Cream together the oleo, sugar and eggs.
    Gradually stir in flour mixture.
    Roll into balls, then roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture.
    Place 3-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
