Apple Butter In A Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. apples
    3 to 4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Prepare apples as for applesauce.
    Puree fruit using blender or food strainer.
    Pour into crock-pot.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook on high for 8 to 10 hours.
    Stir to keep from sticking.
    Remove cover during last half hour of cooking.
    Jar immediately in hot jars and seal.
