Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli pieces
    3 Tbsp. onion, browned in butter
    5 to 6 lb. chicken, cooked, boned and chopped
    2 2/3 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 large (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli enough to separate pieces, then mix with uncooked rice.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Store in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until top is lightly brown.
    Serves 20.
    This freezes nicely.
