Smoked Beef Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. Hillshire beef sausage
1 c. sauerkraut
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Slice sausage in 1/4-inch slices.
Saute onion, pepper and sausage in butter.
Add sauerkraut and mustard.
Heat, but do not boil.
Serve with pita bread, cut in half, or French rolls.
