Olive Cheese Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
24 small stuffed olives
Preparation

Blend shredded cheese with butter.
Sift the flour and paprika into cheese and butter mixture.
Mix firm dough.
Take 1 teaspoon of dough and roll into a ball.
Flatten in palm of hand.
Place 1 olive in center.
Shape dough around olive, rolling back into a ball.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.
Yields 24 servings.
