Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. beef roast
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    3 large onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (14 oz.) ketchup
    3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. Tabasco
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut beef into 5 or 6 chunks.
    Place in roaster.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over beef.
    Heat to boiling on top of range.
    Cover and place in 300\u00b0 oven for 6 hours or until meat can be shredded.
