Mama-Su Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cucumbers, peeled, sliced very thin
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1/4 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Put cucumbers in bowl and sprinkle with a tablespoon of salt. Mix well and let stand about 20 minutes.
    Drain and squeeze out excess liquid.
