Crab Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flaked crabmeat or imitation crab
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients; roll into small balls about the size of a quarter.
Freeze until firm.
Roll each ball in bread crumbs to completely cover.
Fry until golden in oil heated to 350\u00b0.
Drain on paper toweling.
Yields about 36.
