Carolyn'S Oven Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    flour (to coat chicken)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl.
    Season chicken pieces in salt and pepper.
    Dip pieces in milk and egg mixture.
    Coat with flour (you may season flour also).
