Beef Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 onions, chopped
    1/3 c. oil
    3 lb. beef chuck
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook onions in oil.
    Cut beef into cubes and sprinkle with vinegar.
    Add salt, paprika and cooked onions. Cover and simmer about 3 hours.
