Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. carrots, sliced
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook carrots and do not salt. Melt 1/2 stick oleo with cheese. Mix together. Top with Ritz crackers and 1/2 stick melted oleo. Sprinkle with garlic powder and bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
