Mom'S Appetizer Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. nuts, divided, chopped fine
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. sweet onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese; add other ingredients, using only 1 cup of the nuts.
    Mix well and chill.
    Shape into either one large or two medium balls.
    Roll balls in remaining nuts.
    Best made a day or two before serving.
    Cut recipe in half, if needed.
    Serve with your favorite crackers.
