Corn Dodgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn meal mix
1 egg, beaten
3 Tbsp. oil
1 1/4 c. milk
4 small green onions, chopped fine
1 medium jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Use small amount of oil in Teflon skillet and heat until hot.
Pour 1/4 cup batter in skillet for each corn dodger.
Brown and turn, about 3 minutes on each side. Add oil as necessary to fry all of them.
