Chicken Crunch On Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bones, halved chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    8 slices ham
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Roll chicken in the combined mushroom, milk, onion and parsley, then in finely crushed Pepperidge Farm stuffing.
    Butter baking dish or shallow pan.
    Place slices of ham in pan, then boned chicken on each piece of ham.
    Melt butter and spoon over each piece of chicken.
    Cover with foil, punctured to make holes the size of colander holes.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Can be prepared for baking a day in advance.
    Serves 8.
