Henry Ford Estate Reuben Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef (not hash)
    1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1 large tomato, sliced
    2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
Preparation
    Cook, rinse and drain noodles.
    Place noodles in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine.
    Toss noodles with the butter.
    Spread sauerkraut over noodles.
    Shred corned beef and mix with dressing.
    Cover sauerkraut with corned beef and dressing mix.
    Layer tomato slices and cheese over the beef mix. Melt remaining butter and combine with crumbs and seeds.
    Sprinkle over top of casserole.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake about 1 hour. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
