Basil Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    3 shallots, peeled and minced
    1 1/2 c. chopped basil
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    3/4 c. dry wine
    1/3 c. lite cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute butter, shallots and garlic, stirring frequently for 5 minutes.
    Add basil, parsley, wine, cream, lemon juice, pepper and salt.
    Cook over medium heat until mixture is reduced to about 1/2 (stir frequently).
    Taste for seasoning, adding pepper and salt as needed.
