Molded Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 1/2 c. boiling liquid
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. Miracle Whip
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. cooked and cubed chicken
    3/4 c. grated carrots
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
    2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and add water to juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
    Bring to boil; add Jell-O.
    When dissolved, cool until jellied, then whip.
    Blend in cream cheese, Miracle Whip and sugar.
    Fold in cubed chicken, carrots, celery and drained pineapple.
    Add 2 cups Cool Whip.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate until ready to serve (overnight if possible).
    Serve.
