Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    10 oz. can refrigerator biscuits
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
